Bitunix Guide

A step-by-step guide from signup to Coperral linking.

1. New signup

The first step: sign up with the Coperral code to activate payback.

1Tap the 'Signup link' on the Coperral Bitunix page and the referral code is applied automatically.
2Create an account with your email or phone number.
3Set a password and two-factor authentication (2FA).
4After signup, confirm that the Coperral code was applied.
Korea is not on Bitunix's access-restricted country list (about 23 countries including the US, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, etc.), so signup and use are confirmed possible. You can sign up with email or phone, and deposits, trading, and (within-limit) withdrawals are possible even without KYC. However, buying coins with a credit/debit card requires KYC. The referral code can only be entered at signup, so be sure to enter via the Coperral link at the signup step.

2. KYC verification

Complete the exchange's identity verification to enable withdrawals and settlement.

1Prepare a government ID (passport or driver's license).
2In the Bitunix app/web, go to Account > Verification (KYC).
3Follow the prompts to capture and submit your ID and a facial verification.
4Approval usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
KYC levels: Unverified (KYC0) / Basic Level 1 (government-issued ID + selfie) / Advanced Level 2 (proof of address). Key point: KYC is not required for withdrawals. Per the official withdrawals FAQ, an unverified account with only one security method registered (email/phone/Google Authenticator) can still withdraw about $10,000/day, and adding security methods or completing KYC raises the limit (Level 1 about 2,000,000 USDT, Level 2 about 5,000,000 USDT). However, some official pages (KYC Tiers) and summary sites state more strictly that 'withdrawals require Level 1 KYC' -> actual policy may tighten, so confirm your own account's limit before withdrawing. No Korea-specific special requirement is stated.

3. Find and link your UID

Register your exchange UID with Coperral to start earning payback.

1App: Tap the profile icon (avatar) at the top left > the number below the name/email shown at the top is your UID (User ID). Long-press it or use the copy icon next to it.
2Or, check the UID in the account info area after entering the [Assets]/[Account] menu at the bottom of the app or the profile.
3Web: After logging in, click the profile/avatar icon at the top right > your UID is shown at the top of the account dashboard.
4For support inquiries, Bitunix asks you to state your UID in the format 'UID XXXXXXX,' so find that number in the profile area above.
5Caution: The Bitunix app/web UI may have different menu names/positions by version. If you can't find the exact location, check the profile/account screen or contact support.

4. REF transfer (existing accounts)

Even if you already have an account, you may be able to switch your referral to Coperral.

1On Bitunix, the referrer (invite) code is auto-linked via the referral link at signup, and after signup it cannot be changed as a rule (stated in the official help center/academy).
2Therefore, an existing account already signed up with a different referrer cannot change the referrer to the Coperral code on its own.
3Reliable method: Sign up for a new account via the Coperral referral link/code (via the invite code field or referral link at signup). Do KYC/trading on the new account.
4Trying an exception: You can request a referrer change from Bitunix online support (live chat/email) with your UID, but exceptional handling is not guaranteed by policy.
5Travel Rule: When moving to a new account, depositing existing-account assets via a Korean exchange may be subject to the Travel Rule (sender/receiver info verification for transfers of about 1M KRW or more). If possible, transfer between wallets in your own name.
Exchanges subject to the Travel Rule may have extra steps such as identity verification and withdrawal limits.

This guide is based on each exchange's official help center and public materials, but exchange app/web UIs and policies change frequently. If menu names or locations differ, follow the exchange's customer support or the latest in-app screens.
