OrangeX Guide

A step-by-step guide from signup to Coperral linking.

1. New signup

The first step: sign up with the Coperral code to activate payback.

1Tap the 'Signup link' on the Coperral OrangeX page and the referral code is applied automatically.
2Create an account with your email or phone number.
3Set a password and two-factor authentication (2FA).
4After signup, confirm that the Coperral code was applied.
Korean language support and Korean signup are available (OrangeX is registered with the domestic Coinone Travel Rule CODE, from 2025-03-31). Enter your code in the invite (referral) field at signup so payback/reward benefits are activated; the code applies only to new signups. New signup + KYC completion may come with a grant event (e.g., 50 USDT, etc.), but event conditions vary over time.

2. KYC verification

Complete the exchange's identity verification to enable withdrawals and settlement.

1Prepare a government ID (passport or driver's license).
2In the OrangeX app/web, go to Account > Verification (KYC).
3Follow the prompts to capture and submit your ID and a facial verification.
4Approval usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.
KYC has 3 tiers: KYC0 (Basic, unverified) / KYC1 (individual) / KYC2 (corporate). Even unverified at KYC0, deposits, withdrawals, and trading are all possible, with a daily withdrawal limit of 30,000 USDT. Completing KYC1 (ID upload + facial video) raises the daily withdrawal limit to 1,000,000 USDT and enables fiat on-ramp. KYC2 (corporate) requires business documents; its limit is the same as KYC1. KYC submission location: the person icon at the top right > [KYC Verification]. Review is usually within 24 hours. Available to Korean users (registered with the domestic Travel Rule CODE).

3. Find and link your UID

Register your exchange UID with Coperral to start earning payback.

1[Web/PC] Click the profile icon at the top right > check your UID at the top of the dropdown menu.
2[Web/PC detail] In the same dropdown, click [My Account] > check your UID and account details.
3[App] Open the OrangeX app > bottom [Home] > tap the profile icon at the top left > your UID is shown at the very top of the profile page.
4Note: Menu names (KO/EN) and positions may differ by app/web version update. The UID is the numeric identifier near your nickname/name.

4. REF transfer (existing accounts)

Even if you already have an account, you may be able to switch your referral to Coperral.

1OrangeX's referrer (invite) code is applied only once at new signup and cannot be retroactively applied or changed on an already-created account (consistent across official and multiple sources).
2Therefore, an existing-account holder changing the referrer to the Coperral code is impossible in principle.
3Option 1: Sign up for a new account with the Coperral referral (invite) code entered, and trade with that account (most reliable).
4Option 2: If you still want a change, contact OrangeX customer support (in-app/web support center or support channel) directly to confirm whether it can be done. However, 'cannot be changed' is the common answer.
5Travel Rule note: OrangeX is registered with Korea Coinone's Travel Rule solution CODE, so even if you move to a new account, you can send from a domestic exchange to an OrangeX deposit address (it's noted that even amounts of 1M KRW or more can be used without separately registering an external wallet).
Exchanges subject to the Travel Rule may have extra steps such as identity verification and withdrawal limits.

This guide is based on each exchange's official help center and public materials, but exchange app/web UIs and policies change frequently. If menu names or locations differ, follow the exchange's customer support or the latest in-app screens.
